Customized extrusion system for large diameter pipes
Based on the customer’s target pipe range and material formulation, the extrusion unit was configured with a high-torque gearbox and optimized screw structure to ensure stable melt flow and pressure for large diameter PVC pipes.

Mould
Based on the required pipe diameter range and wall thickness. Balanced flow channel design helps maintain dimensional accuracy and smooth inner pipe surface.

Vacuum Calibration
A dedicated vacuum calibration tank provides stable sizing and roundness control. Adjustable vacuum zones support different pipe diameters and improve cooling efficiency.

Haul-off Unit
The haul-off unit adopts a multi-track design to ensure uniform pulling force on large pipes. Speed synchronization with the extruder allows stable downstream operation.

Cutting Unit
A low-dust cutting system was applied for large diameter PVC pipes. The cutting length control is accurate, ensuring clean pipe ends and consistent product length.
