Underwater pelletizing is used for polymers that are difficult to process (e.g. sticky). The melt emerges from the die plate and is knocked off by the pelletizing knives. The entire process takes place under water. In the centrifuge, the pellets are separated from the process water and dried. The whole process is controlled by computer, because the start and the continuous running depends on a close cooperation between every part of the line.

In this project our customer wants to recycle the after industrial mold injection part. The material is relative clean and not so sticky, therefor the single plate screen changer can be well applied in the project.

For this project we prepared comprehensive material for on-site commissioning. With the perfect running and comprehensive training, our engineer has built nice relationship with the mechanicians in customer’s factory.
