A three-layer co-extrusion head with spiral distribution moulds ensures uniform melt flow and precise layer distribution, delivering consistent wall thickness and high-quality PPR pipes.

Multi-section vacuum calibration and cooling tanks provide accurate pipe shaping and diameter control. Zones can be adjusted according to pipe size and layer structure for optimal cooling and stability.

A synchronized haul-off system maintains stable pipe pulling speed, ensuring continuous production with uniform pipe quality.

The cutting unit adopts a servo-controlled system to ensure precise and stable pipe lengths. Designed for three-layer PPR pipes, it supports both continuous and batch cutting, with adjustable speed to match production requirements. The machine is built with corrosion-resistant materials, enhancing durability and reducing maintenance needs.
