A double-layer co-extrusion head with spiral distribution moulds ensures uniform melt flow, precise layer distribution, and consistent wall thickness, producing high-quality PP-R pipes with excellent dimensional accuracy.

Multi-section vacuum calibration and cooling tanks provide precise pipe shaping and effective diameter control. Cooling and vacuum zones are adjustable according to pipe size and production requirements.

A synchronized haul-off system maintains stable pulling speed for continuous operation, ensuring uniform pipe quality along the production line.

The cutting unit features a high-accuracy encoder for precise and stable cutting lengths. Controlled via a PLC system, it allows manual adjustments based on specific applications. All surfaces are made of stainless steel 304 to resist corrosion from CPVC material, ensuring long service life and reliable operation.
