It adopts single screw extruder machine. It has PLC smart system and button control method. The extruder applied Siemens made in China motor and ABB inverter. It is crafted with Siemens or Schnider electrical parts to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability.
The mould design is different from the normal PPR pipe. It has four heating zones and long cooling calibrator. The special design for the mould ensures the produced product with shinny and smooth surface.
The vacuum calibration tank adopt two chamber structure: the vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both of vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank adopt stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes. We lengthen the vacuum and cooling tank to 8m. With much longer cooling process, the CPVC pipe can be well cooled and have better surface.
The cooling tank used high quality nozzles sparying cold water on the produced pipes. With the continuous spraying water, the pipe will be cold and become hard. It will have good and shinny surface performance.
We adopt two caterpillar on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe running stably and steady. The haul-off units can make tailored hauling model based on certain production requirement by adjusting the general control.
The high accuracy encoder ensures a precise and stable cutting length. With PLC control system, it can be cut by manual operation according to the specific application. Due to the high corrosive feature of the CPVC material, all the surfaces of the cutting unit adopts stainless steel 304. It ensures the working lifetime of the cutting machine.
The stacker has 6meters long. It has two cylinder to put down the produced pipe slowly and back to the original place. The material of complete stacker are stainless steel.
